A program to discuss alongside your card-processing history. Provider review determines eligibility and the specific structure; the preliminary screen is shared with the deposit program.

Businesses that are both home-based and sole proprietorships are also excluded under this guide. A different provider may have different criteria; availability is not guaranteed.

What to prepare

A detailed business description, start date, ownership history, requested amount and use of funds. Provider submission also requires a completed signed application and four recent bank and/or processing statements. CapitalX will arrange an approved secure channel for sensitive information; the preliminary form does not collect it.

What to ask before accepting an offer

Ask for the amount delivered to your business, all fees, total contractual obligation, payment or collection frequency, reconciliation provisions where applicable, guarantees and early-payoff terms. Review the actual provider documents with your advisor.
